Founder’s Note

Inspired by the Law of Dharma—the practice of living in alignment with one’s purpose—DarmaJi was born from my own journey of transition, questioning, and return. I created DarmaJi as a response to a deep longing: to offer spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember what feels true beneath the noise of everyday life.

What began as a physical community hub in Batroun, Lebanon, grew from my passion for movement, presence, and shared experience. Over time, and through personal and collective change, DarmaJi naturally evolved beyond a single place. Today, it exists as a traveling retreat experience—meeting people across the world in moments of pause, reflection, and realignment.

Through retreats and consciously curated gatherings, I hold experiences that are embodied, spacious, and human. DarmaJi is not about striving for an ideal version of wellness, but about celebrating it in ways that feel joyful, honest, and lived. Wherever DarmaJi unfolds, the intention remains the same: to create meaningful experiences that support connection—to self, to others, and to life as it is.
